Have you ever felt the need to step away—to rest, to breathe, to be somewhere beautiful and quiet—only to return from holiday feeling refreshed, yet essentially unchanged?

The Wisdom of water plants and prayer is an invitation to something deeper.

These are two five-day immersive retreats devoted not just to rest, but to true transformation.

Through daily spiritual baths, sacred practices, and guided ceremony, you will learn to heal yourself—and others—using the transformational qualities of water, healing plants, incense, and prayer.

Wisdom 1

Combined with intention and support, you will learn a healing spiritual practice while basking in the warm Mediterranean sun.

Wisdom 1 – The Wisdom of Water, Plants, and Prayer

Maya spiritual healing—now called The Wisdom of Water, Plants, and Prayer—addresses what the Maya refer to as spiritual ailments such as susto, pesar, tristessa, coraje, and mal ojo.
In English, these translate to fright, grief, relentless sadness, rage, and the evil eye (or hot eye).

The class is open to those of all faiths and belief systems and supports a deeper connection to the natural world.
The week culminates in a sacred Maya Primicia.

This course is contraindicated during pregnancy.

Wisdom 2

Advanced Practice & Integration

Join Rosita Arvigo and Vivian Menjivar in a transformational six-day workshop exploring the healing power of water, plants, incense, and prayer. This class builds upon the foundations learned in Wisdom of Water, Plants, and Prayer: Part 1.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on and integrate your experiences from Part 1, receive guided feedback and peer support, and deepen your skills through daily spiritual baths, pendulum work, and advanced ceremonial practices.

The week culminates in a sacred Maya Primicia ceremony.

This course is contraindicated during pregnancy.
